Our comprehensive total compensation package includes:

  • a flex credit pool that can be allocated to suit your individual and family circumstances;
  • a personal fitness account;
  • eight flex days (Canadian salaried employees);
  • two paid community services days; and
  • an employee assistance program for confidential and professional support for you and your family. 


Flex credit pool

We provide a core allocation of $3,500 per year, which can be distributed to best suit your individual circumstances.


The personal fitness account offers a reimbursement of $750 per year in fitness expenses to encourage our employees to pursue a healthy, balanced lifestyle.


Canadian salaried employees are given eight flex days each year for appointments, family activities or to pursue personal interests.


Giving back to the community is important to us. We provide employees with two paid community service days every year.


This program offers confidential and professional external, independent counseling assistance to help you and your family when needed.


We offer flexible working hours and alternative work options, including shortened and compressed work weeks. We also offer long-term and short-term leave options for education, family, or personal reasons, including parental leave beyond legal requirements and elder care leave.
