We're committed to inclusion, equal opportunity, and diversity. By valuing diverse perspectives and experiences, we spark innovation that drives our mission: connecting energy for life.

Embracing diversity and working together

Our diverse perspectives, learnings, and experiences allow us to think broadly and creatively. We're committed to building and sustaining an inclusive and diverse workforce reflecting our values.

The four pillars

Our DEI program is guided by our four pillars: Leadership, Awareness, Talent and Measurement.

D&I Pillars

Training and education

We provide training and education from credible third parties with decades of expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion. These resources support employees in learning more about diversity, inclusion, equity, bias, mental health, and more. Our goal is to ensure that we provide a strong foundation on the case for diversity, the need for inclusion, and help our leaders understand their role in furthering our DEI journey.
