At Keyera, you can bring your authentic self to the table.
We're committed to inclusion, equal opportunity, and diversity. By valuing diverse perspectives and experiences, we spark innovation that drives our mission: connecting energy for life.
One of our values Embracing diversity and working together
Our diverse perspectives, learnings, and experiences allow us to think broadly and creatively. We're committed to building and sustaining an inclusive and diverse workforce reflecting our Cultural Behaviours.
The four pillars
Our diversity and inclusion program is guided by our four pillars: Leadership, Awareness, Talent and Measurement.
Our D&I Program Employees are encouraged to engage in the D&I discussion
Our D&I program is employee-led, guided by an Employee Resource Group, a 14-member strong working team. This team includes individuals at all levels, various departments, and locations across our assets, ensuring many perspectives are represented.
Our D&I program is overseen by an executive committee made up of senior leaders responsible for various functions touching every part of our organization.
Training and education
We provide training and education resources from credible third parties with decades of expertise in diversity and inclusion. These resources support employees in learning more about diversity, inclusion, equity, bias, mental health and more, and provide access to the latest research. Our goal is to ensure that we provide a strong foundation on the case for diversity, the need for inclusion, and help our leaders understand their role in furthering our D&I journey.
Employees are encouraged to engage in the diversity and inclusion discussion. Our Employee Resource Group shares personal stories and insights through employee-written blogs and responds to questions and ideas put forward by employees.
