Led by our people

Employees are encouraged to engage in the DEI discussion, and we have formed an employee-led DEI Employee Resource Group. This group consists of individuals from various levels and locations across the company, acting as a sounding board as we advance the four pillars of our DEI program.

Training and education

We provide training and education from credible third parties with decades of expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion. These resources support employees in learning more about diversity, inclusion, equity, bias, mental health, and more. Our goal is to ensure that we provide a strong foundation on the case for diversity, the need for inclusion, and help our leaders understand their role in furthering our DEI journey.
