Freedom of Association
We respect our employees’ right to freedom of association and their right to join or form labour unions. Across our operations, Keyera has collective agreements with two unions, representing approximately 8 percent of our total permanent workforce. We are committed to constructive dialogue with freely chosen union representatives. To date, we've never experienced a labour-related work stoppage at any of our facilities.
