Calgary, December 18, 2003 KeySpan Facilities Income Fund (TSX:KEY.UN) announced

today a cash distribution for December, 2003 of 9.08 cents per unit. The distribution will be

payable on January 15, 2004 to Unitholders of record on December 31, 2003. The exdistribution

date is December 29, 2003.
