Keyera Announces Voting Results from Annual Meeting

(TSX: KEY) ("Keyera") announced today the voting results from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 10, 2022 in a virtual only format. Each of the matters is described in greater detail in the 2022 Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular dated March 24, 2022 (the "Information Circular").
All nominees listed in the Information Circular were elected as directors of Keyera to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders, or until their successors are elected or appointed.

All other resolutions at the meeting were successfully approved by shareholders including the appointment of auditors and approval of Keyera's long-term incentive plan. The approach to executive compensation, as detailed in the Information Circular, was accepted with 97.72% of votes in favour of this resolution.
