Congrats, new grad!

So, you’ve finished your post-secondary education – congratulations! Now that you’re beginning to explore “What’s next?” in this new phase, it can be daunting to decide which of the many career paths are right for you. We’ve designed an exciting “New Grad" program to help make this decision process easier for you as you transition from post-secondary life to kickstarting your career.

We’re excited to offer this development opportunity for recent graduates who want to help Keyera shape our purpose of Connecting Energy for Life. Our unique program gives you the opportunity to bring your career to life with valuable work experience across different business teams designed to help grow your skillset and gain relevant workplace knowledge.

How our program works

Each year, we’ll permanently hire a handful of young professionals who have successfully completed their studies within the past 24 months. If you’re a successful candidate, you will work in rotational roles* related to your educational background. This means you’ll earn the benefits of being a full-time, permanent employee, while being able to sample different positions across our organization.

Over the course of three to four years, our group of new hires will have the rare opportunity to work in three separate roles across our organization. Time spent in each role will be 12 months in length. Once the rotational program is finished, you will be offered a full-time, permanent position related to your experience and education with Keyera to continue growing your career.

*Note: Few non-rotational New Grad roles are available depending on your area of study. Please refer to specific job postings for details.
