We use ISNetworld (ISN), an online platform, to gather details about suppliers and determine which ones are suitable to work with us.
Suppliers must register with ISN and create a company profile that outlines their safety programs and track record. Through ISN, we review each supplier’s risk profile and determine their ability to satisfy our standards for health, safety, performance, and insurance. Based on this information, suppliers are approved to work and further assessed through our scope-specific evaluation.
Monitoring supplier safety performance
We regularly monitor and assess our suppliers’ safety and performance on all our sites. We do this through audits, reviews, spot checks and incident, near-miss and hazard reporting. Suppliers are required to requalify every three years, after any significant health, safety, environment or quality event, or if any performance issues arise.
