Supplier expectations
We value our relationships with our suppliers, and work to ensure that they are aligned to our vision and values. All suppliers must read and follow our Supplier Code of Conduct. They must also review our Code of Conduct and align with the principles and guidelines it provides.

We expect that you meet or exceed the requirements below:

- Health, Safety and Environment Policy
- Workplace Discrimination, Harassment and Violence Policy
- Drug and Alcohol Workplace Policy (CANADA & US)
- Contractor Health and Safety Requirements (Alberta)

Orientation & training
The services or goods you are providing determine your orientation and training requirements.
Prior to showing up at site, log in to My Orientations to:
- Complete the General Keyera Orientation (and Rail Orientation, if applicable).
- Complete any required site-specific, driver, or turnaround/project orientations.
- Upload all required safety tickets.
All orientations and tickets must be completed before arriving at site. Proof of completion is required for site access.
