Confidential reporting
Our Integrity Helpline is a safe, secure, and confidential platform, established by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and managed by an independent provider. It allows employees, contractors, consultants, other stakeholders and the public to report a concern about any perceived accounting irregularities, legal or ethical violations, harassment, or other suspected breaches of the Code.Â

All information submitted is confidential and investigated promptly by a qualified investigator.

Can I report a case or submit a question either online or over the phone?
Yes. You have the option to file a confidential, anonymous report through either the toll-free telephone number or the online form.
What can I report through the Helpline?
If you believe that there is unethical or illegal activity occurring in relation to our business, we strongly encourage you to file a report. Unethical or illegal concerns or events to report include, but are not limited to:Â
- Poor safety practices or concernsÂ
- Substance abuseÂ
- TheftÂ
- FraudÂ
- Conflicts of interestÂ
- Workplace harassment, discrimination, and bullyingÂ
Where do the reports go? Who can access them?
Reports are entered into the third-party system (CARE) either by you (if you complete the online form) or by a CARE interviewer (if you call the phone number). Once a report is filed, it’s sent to the appointed Keyera representative(s) for further review in accordance with the Integrity Helpline evaluation protocol and our Investigations Standard (if applicable).Â
Keyera uses CARE, a third-party secure system managed through Grant Thornton.Â
What if I remember something important about the incident after I file the report?
When you file a report (either online or over the phone), you will receive a unique Key Code. The Key Code enables you to return to the system, either online or over the phone, to access your original report and add more detail or answer questions posed by a Keyera representative. You are encouraged to return to the system within a specified timeframe to ensure that the report information is complete and Keyera’s questions are answered.Â
