The Information does not constitute investment, financial, business, tax, legal or other advice of any kind. You agree, warrant and represent that you will not take any steps or actions, or refrain from taking any steps or actions, in reliance on, or based on, or because of the Information, or any portion thereof, including, without limitation, the Forward-Looking Information (as defined below), and that you will in all respects adhere to all provisions of this Agreement.

Forward-looking information is typically identified by words such as “anticipate”, “continue”, “estimate”, “expect”, “may”, “will”, “project”, “should”, “plan”, “intend”, “believe”, and similar words or expressions, including the negatives or variations thereof. All forward-looking information reflects Keyera’s beliefs and assumptions based on information available at the time the applicable forward-information is made and in light of Keyera’s current expectations.

Forward-looking information does not guarantee future performance. However, Keyera cannot assure you that these expectations will prove to be correct. Financial Section

A.    Basis of preparation

Financial Information is prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applicable to publicly traded companies (“GAAP”), also known as International Financial Reporting Standards. All dollar amounts are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.

B.    Non-GAAP Financial Measures

The Information includes certain financial measures, which are numerical measures of a company’s performance, cash flows or financial position that either exclude or include amounts that are not normally excluded or included in the most directly comparable measure calculated and presented in accordance with GAAP. In evaluating these measures, you should consider that the methodology applied in calculating such measures may differ among companies and analysts. Management believes these non-GAAP measures provide greater transparency and useful supplemental information to investors in order that they may evaluate Keyera’s financial performance, financial condition and liquidity using the same measures as management. These non-GAAP financial measures should not be considered as a substitute for, nor superior to, measures of financial performance prepared in accordance with GAAP. For further information on Keyera’s use of GAAP and non-GAAP financial measures, please refer to Keyera’s annual or quarterly "Management's Discussion and Analysis", "Interim Financial Report", and "Earnings Release" available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com or Keyera’s website at www.keyera.com.
